Return & Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only. Refunds are not available in normal cases.

Exchange is allowed if

  • Wrong size received

  • Damaged product received

  • Wrong item delivered

Request time limit

An exchange request must be made within 3 days of delivery.

Product condition

Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging.
An unboxing video is required for damaged or wrong item claims.

Exchange not accepted if

  • The request is made after 3 days

  • The product has been used or washed

  • Tags or original packaging are missing

  • The item was purchased on clearance or final sale

Exchange process

  1. Share your Order ID and issue details via WhatsApp or email

  2. Provide photos and unboxing video

  3. After approval, reverse pickup will be arranged

  4. Replacement will be shipped after quality check

Exchange processing time is 5–7 working days after pickup.

Exchange charges

  • Prepaid Orders: β‚Ή150 reverse shipping fee

  • COD Orders: β‚Ή150 reverse shipping fee + β‚Ή100 COD charge (non-refundable)

Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.

Reverse pickup not available?

If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product. Our support team will guide you.
